Thank god we refused to convert to their religion and many of our rich and profound philosophies. symbolism, indigenous traditions, languages, cultures, etc remain intact today. To imply that the Americans, Aus, New Zealand would have needed Magna Carta had the British never even went there is ludicrous. You can’t say “oh look! The Brits gifted manga carta to these lands – how great!” Did the natives of those lands invite the Brits over for a pow wow to begin with?
